Amplifier WG09 is a conditioner dedicated to work with any linear displacement sensor series AC/AC – PTx, PJx, PTs, PSw, PKx, PJs, PLx, PSx, PSy and others. Amplifier feeds sensor with mostly 5kHz sine wave and convert its output signal (modulated 5 kHz wave) to analog amplifier’s output signal 0÷10V or 4÷20 mA and also to digit signal in standard RS485 Modbus RTU. Additional feature of the device is possibility of calibration using special keys which enable to set a sensor to any measuring range (≤ standard range of the calibrated sensor ). Additionally, amplifier enables internal and external temperature measurement (fe. temp. of LVDT). The device has a rail mounted enclosure DIN 35 mm standard.

PSz series
PSz series, DC/DC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is equipped with a return spring so the core’s end is not fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PSz series to work properly needs only a power supply.
PIz series
PIz series, DC/DC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is not equipped with a return spring so the core’s end has to be fixed to a moveable object. Transducers of PIz series to work properly need only power supply. It is used mainly to measure movement of concrete blocks in dams and parts of devices in power plants.
LVDT 3 channel Meter – MPL703
MPL703 is an 3 canal, laboratory LVDT meter working with any LVDT transducer of AC/AC group. The gauge is a free standing instrument, it consists of 3 Eurocard standard canals, power supply and digital indicator. Like the rest devices made in Peltron MPL series meter has been designed “in house” by Pelron engineers. The gauge supplies transducers and convert transducers’ a/c output voltage to standard voltage signals (±10VDC, ±5VDC, 0÷10VDC, 0÷5VDC) or current signals (4÷20mA, 0÷20mA). The gauge is equipped in one, (altered) LED digital indicator 3,5 or 4,5 digit showing readout in both displacement or output signal units. Power supply 230VAC or 24VDC. The casing is a free standing type, aluminum, IP30.
PTz series
Linear displacement transducers PTz series, DC/DC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer and electronic board (generator and demodulator) are placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. The core has to be fixed to the moving target object. PTz transducers do not need any additional devices to work only power supply. The PTz series is used to measure static and dynamic movement, thickness or bending of small machines and constructions fe: microrobots, breath-analysers and so on.
PTs series
Linear displacement transducers PTs series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. The core has to be in contact with the moving target object. One transducer of PTs series works with one chanel conditioner fe. WG06 amplifier. The PTs series is used to measure static and dynamic movement, thickness or bending of machines and constructions fe: microrobots, breath-analysers and so on.
PSa series
Transducers AC/AC series with return spring. Main application – measuring concrete dam defracture.
PSw series – underwater
PSw series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is not equipped with a return spring so the core’s end has to be fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PSw series works with a one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06. It is used mainly to measure movement of concrete and steel blocks in underwater applications.
PKx series
PKx series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is not equipped with a return spring so the core’s end has to be fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PKx series works with a one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06. It is used mainly to measure movement of concrete blocks in dams and parts of devices in power plants.
PSy series
PSy series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is equipped with a return spring so the core’s end is not fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PSy series works with a one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06. This series is a following of PSx series. It is used mainly to measure movement in small places.
