PJs series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is not equipped with a return spring so the core’s end has to be fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PJs series works with a one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06. The PJs series is designed for applications of measurement in high pressure hydraulic cylinders (piston displacements).

This series is an intermediate version between small PTx and measuring large ranges PLx. It is used mainly to measure movement of concrete blocks in dams and parts of devices in power plants.
PTx series

There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is not equipped with a return spring so the core’s end has to be fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PTx series works with a one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06. These transducers are used in static and dynamic measurements like: displacements, materials length and thickness change, construction and machine elements deflections.
PLx series (long distance)
PLx series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. This series is not equipped with a return spring so the core’s end has to be fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PLx series works with a one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06 and measures long ranges from 500 mm to 3000 mm. Applications:
a. Ship’s sinking speed measurement
b. Small Water Power Station’s barrier position monitoring
c. Bulkhead’s fire test bending measurement
WG06 conditioner
WG06 is a amplifier/conditioner used to work with LVDT AC/AC transducer/sensor: PTx, PJx, PKx, PJs, PSx, PSy, PTs, PLx. WG06 supplies sensor and converts it’s output signal to one of standard signals (4÷20mA, ±10V, ±5V, 0÷10V, 0÷5V). Supply is 24VDC or AC. Supply is separated from the rest. Casing wide 22,5mm is rail-mounted
LVDT 8 channel Meter – MPL508
MPL508 is an eight canal, laboratory LVDT meter working with any LVDT transducer of AC/AC group. The gauge is a free standing instrument, it consists of eight Eurocard standard canals, power supply and digital indicator. Like the rest devices made in Peltron MPL series meter has been designed “in house” by Pelron engineers. The gauge supplies transducers and convert transducers’ a/c output voltage to standard voltage signals (±10VDC, ±5VDC, 0÷10VDC, 0÷5VDC) or current signals (4÷20mA, 0÷20mA). The gauge is equipped in one, (altered) LED digital indicator 3,5 or 4,5 digit showing readout in both displacement or output signal units. Power supply 230VAC or 24VDC. The casing is a free standing type, aluminum, IP30.
PSx series
PSx series, AC/AC group, like other displacement transducers made by Peltron are based on the differential transformer principle – LVDT. The transformer is placed inside a cylindrical case. There is a magnetic core inside the transformer. Displacement of the core results in a change in the transducer’s output signal. Because this series is equipped with a return spring so the core does not has to be fixed to a moveable object. One transducer of PSx series works with one channel conditioner like amplifier WG06. These transducers are used in static and dynamic measurements like: displacements, materials length and thickness change, construction and machine elements deflections.
LVDT 1 channel Meter – MPL701
MPL701 is a one canal laboratory LVDT meter working with any displacement transducer of AC/AC group. The gauge supplies transducers and convert transducers’ a/c output voltage to standard voltage signals ±10VDC or 0÷10VDC. The gauge is equipped in one LED digital indicator 3,5 digit showing readout in both displacement or output signal units. Power supply 230VAC or 24VDC. The casing is table type.
LVDT 2 channel Meter – MPL402
MPL402 is a two canal, laboratory LVDT meter working with any LVDT transducer of AC/AC group. The gauge is a panel-built instrument, it consists of two Eurocard standard canals, power supply and digital indicator. The gauge supplies transducers and convert transducers’ a/c output voltage to standard voltage signals (±10VDC, ±5VDC, 0÷10VDC, 0÷5VDC) or current signals (4÷20mA, 0÷20mA). The gauge is equipped in one (altered) LED digital indicator 3,5 or 4,5 digit showing readout in both displacement or output signal units. Power supply 230VAC or 24VDC. The casing is wall-mounted, ABS, IP65. Ths product can be extended up to 8 channel version MPL408.
